From time to time we come across some common listening problems, so we've tried our best to troubleshoot them for you below:

Make sure your volume is turned up and your speakers are on and working (it can happen to anyone!)

If you're a Windows user, you'll need to have

• Windows Media Player installed (version 11 recommended), then:
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, or
• Windows Internet Explorer 7, or
• Mozilla Firefox with the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin or
• Apple Safari with the Windows Media Player Plugin

If you have a Mac you will need to have all the following installed:

• Safari, and
• QuickTime, and
• the Windows Media Components for QuickTime

If you are at work, you may be behind a firewall or have streaming blocked. Contact your work's IT department to see if streaming is blocked.

If all else fails, try a reboot of either your browser or PC. If you are still having problems listening to our live stream, drop us an email via our contact page with a detailed description of the problem plus your internet service provider's name and your computer operating system (ie. Windows XP etc) to and we'll get onto it.
